Pregnancy Insomnia & 9 Months Worth of Morning Sickness

This isn't a scientific study or evidence based anything. It is just my experience and my thoughts on the matter. I have dealt with insomnia my whole life but pregnancy insomnia is on a whole different level. Sleeping while young and busy is something that you can play with amounts and timing. Unfortunately, when  you are pregnant and already a mother that is something that is essential to daily life. If one nap or hour is missed, life goes haywire. The weight I gained was when I learned the trick to not vomiting was to CONSTANTLY be eating.  The weight is piling on now and he is a big boy so far. He is measuring just right for his age but you can see all the chubs on the sonograms already. My stomach is measuring about three
